How does it work?

Retronym commits to a “made to order” production approach, which means that we only start making your clothes once the order is placed. I know it takes about 4-5 weeks, but this slower production model ensures that no excess inventory is created and your garment is made with thought and care.

Everything is uniquely crafted, one by one just for you. 

When will I receive my order?

It takes approximately 4 to 5 weeks for your items to deliver at your door.  Once the order has been dispatched you will receive confirmation and a tracking number via email.

What is your return policy?

Retronym’s mission is to change the industry for the better. We believe in producing less and consuming more thoughtfully. As a company that commits to no-waste production, we encourage our customers to do the same. 

However, We know that buying made-to-order items that are non-returnable could be risky for many shoppers so we offer returns/refunds/exchanges only for non-customizable items.
