Shipping & Handling

PRODUCTION TIME:

Each Retronym piece is thoughtfully crafted by skillful craftsmen once an order is placed and fully paid for by the customer. Production lead time of your order will take between 4-5 weeks or longer depending on demand.

SHIPPING:

Retronym offers worldwide shipping with a tracked and signed-for service. 

Once the order has been dispatched you will receive confirmation and a tracking number via email.

Please note that delivery outside of the U.S. may be subject to local import taxes or customs fees which are to be paid for by the customer themselves. Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.

Retronym is not responsible for any delays or lost packages once sent.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES ONCE POSTED:

US – 1-3 working days.

Europe – 5-10 working days.

International – 7-14 working days.
